Draft SOP of Safety and Health that i already composed :

1. SOP  Identifikasi Bahaya dan Resiko  (Identification of Hazard and Risks)

This SOP about how to rank the hazard and risk, and the higher the rank, the most concerned. any new equipment or process that will affect health and safety should be through this SOP to be calculated the risks.

the allowed process or equipment is the one with low or medium risk.

2. SOP Konsultasi (Consultation)

this is about how to discuss a policy or new rules about the health and safety that involved staffs.

3. SOP Investigasi Kecelakaan dan Bahaya (Investigation of Incident and Hazard)

this is about how to  investigate incidents and also the reporting of the incidents.

4. SOP Evaluasi Kesesuaian dengan Persyaratan Legal (Evaluation of Compliance)

this is about how your organization periodically evaluate the compliance with legal reguirement such as regulation, etc.
